Cloud space
How your storage works.
The web saves everything for you. The desktop app keeps originals on your computer and syncs only what you choose.
What counts toward my cloud space?
Photos you upload and results you generate on the web, plus files you choose to upload from the desktop app. Photos that stay in the desktop app on your computer do not count.
What happens when my cloud space is full?
Nothing is deleted. You can still open and download every file, and you can keep generating — new results stay available for 7 days. Free up space or upgrade to save new files again.
What if my subscription ends?
Your account returns to the Free plan with 3 GB. Files you already saved stay in your cloud space; new files are saved only while you are under 3 GB.
Do credits expire?
Top-up credits never expire. Monthly plan credits are valid for the month they are issued.
I own SwifLab hardware. Do I get anything?
